“ Structural pharmacology of anthelmintics: Starting with monepantel and betaine

๐Ÿ“– Biography:

Dr. Qingfeng Chen was a postdoctoral researcher at UTSW, where he focused on the structure and function of mammalian ion channels. He is currently a Principal Investigator at Yunnan University, China, where his research explores how anthelmintics exert their nematode-killing effects through integrated approaches involving structural biology, electrophysiology, and locomotion assays. Dr. Chen is also actively engaged in the discovery of novel therapeutics targeting both established and emerging drug targets.
